benefit — Nov. 15 The evening will begin with a jazz band, complimentary champagne and cocktails followed by a silent auction and then a gourmet feast and live auction. All proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County, which has 12,000 members in clubs across the county. Tickets are $75 per person and can be purchased by calling 425-258-2436. Hall — Nov. 21 The new building, a joint venture between EdCC and Central Washington University, will enable students to pursue various bachelor’s and master’s degrees from CWU as well as a certificate in supply-chain management; minors in business administration, law and justice, economics, and psychology; and teacher certification. Gov. Gary Locke will be a guest speaker. Other speakers include CWU President Jerilyn McIntyre and EdCC President Jack Oharah. Everett WNET —
